Três érres RECAPTURE RECONNECT REVITALIZE It is a workshop elaborated from the development of my own methodology as an educational curator, which I plan a visual re-education for women in order to help them understand the visual media construction about beauty. Inspired by the three "Rs" of recycling (reduce, reuse and recycle), the workshop aims to sustainably restore women's self-esteem through the concepts of Recapitulation, Reconnection and Revitalization of their own view of themselves. The workshop then elaborates an exercise in re-reading the historiography of the woman's image in order to reframe the vision of the female body itself. Encouraging them to explore artistic narratives to find new critical views on their own bodies.

TRES ÉRRRs is a space of study of our self-image, how we see it and how we interpret it.

Decoding and reinterpreting concepts of aesthetic are some of the most relevant questions of our time. In the greatness of this subject, there is the necessity to demystify and change beauty standards that are still pressuring bodies and faces in this era of "plastic" aesthetic.

The project claims to re-evaluate any biased view of the current aesthetic, promote experimentation, and through that, reformulate our perceptions. Having the freedom to create new sketches and conceptions of who we are.
